With 15 years of cooking experience, starting in Philadelphia, PA, I have always had a passion for food and bringing smiles to people's faces through my dishes. It is my personal mission to ensure that every single person who walks through our doors has a great time, enjoys delicious food, and receives top-notch service.

This one’s extra special — a full-blown collab with my good friend and culinary mad scientist Justin Ford aka @burgergoonlv

I brought Justin into Lucino’s and gave him full creative freedom to reimagine the classic Chinese appetizer — and man, did he deliver. We tested, tweaked, and ate the whole thing and ended up with what’s already being called one of the best POTMs we’ve ever dropped. No joke — this one slaps.
